Products processed in modern automated profiling machines are immediately ready for use. They are produced from sorted lumber that has passed the chamber drying process. The moisture level of finished products is 10−12%.

Specifications by grade
Grade is one of the criteria that you should pay attention to when choosing planed products and wood trim. When upgrading, its quality and price increase. The grade classification applies to all products of any wood species. When choosing a grade, it should be taken into account for what purposes the finished product is planned to be used, since the use of higher grades is not always necessary.

Wood filler
Our wood filler consists of 80% pine and 20% larch and contains no chemicals. Safe for your pets. However, the product is not hypoallergenic because it contains wood dust.

Seedlings
Common pine
In our forest nursery you can buy seedlings of common pine with root-balled tree system. Seedlings are grown from certified Grade I quality seeds. The advantage of seedlings with root-balled tree system is their survival ability when replanted. Seedlings with root-balled tree system grow in an individual container. During the entire growing period, weeding, mineral fertilization, and treatment with fungicides take place.
Seedlings reach standard sizes by the end of August: they have a well-developed root system, a root crown from 2 mm, a bole height from 10 cm, a well-formed peat cup. Before shipment, the seedlings are packed in a non-returnable container with a polyethylene backing.

Raw materials for production and construction
Transmission towers
Wooden transmission towers are designed for power lines with a voltage of up to 380 V and communication lines. Coniferous wood, mainly pine or larch, is used for the production of wooden transmission towers. The highest quality towers are made of pine that grows above 60 degrees north latitude. The wood of such pines is more dense in its structure.
Wooden transmission towers have a number of advantages:
- They are much cheaper to produce and transport
- There is no need to use heavy machinery to install them
- If necessary, they can even be set manually
Wood is good in bending, so wooden transmission towers withstand wind and ice loads better than reinforced concrete supports. Due to its lightness, the damaged wooden support is held on the wires, but if the reinforced concrete supports are damaged, the wires break or the neighboring supports fall. The use of wooden supports is especially relevant for areas with difficult weather conditions.

Industrial chips
Crushed wood, according to GOST 15 815−83. Thickness: at least 5 mm, chip cutting angle: 30−60°. The amount of chips that do not meet these requirements shall not exceed 30% of the batch volume.
